Course Information

This Drone workshop serves as an introduction to a new trend in the industry - Quadcopter flying. The participants will be taken through theory of how the rotors work together to navigate the quadcopter. Participants will learn how to set up and trim the quadcopter till it is flight ready. They will get to apply physics and chemistry concepts practically on the drone as they fly the quadcopter. A mini competition will be conducted where the participants will put their flying skills to the test.

**Each participant will take home a drone**

  1. Introductory flight principles and basic electronics concepts
  2. Understanding about the future of UAVs 
  3. Appreciate the need to ensure personal safety and safety of others around 
  4. Hand-eye coordination and motor skills while flying the quadcopter.

Trainer will bring down different types of drones to expose the participants, introducing them to the advanced technologies involved in automation of drones etc.

Participants of this workshop will learn physics concepts like four forces of flight, how drones work, and various functions of the electronic components that make up a drone.
