INTRO TO MICROBIT WORKSHOP

Course Information

Microbit is a very simple platform where one can simple use it to control electronic components, LED display, games and robots. This workshop aims to guide participants into the fundamentals of programming using Drag and Drop Command techniques. Participants will learn about creating variables, logical coding, sequential coding, input and output commands. Through the activities, they will learn how to create simple games and be able to understand how the Microbit can help in every day lives.

mathematics

Participants will learn about logical and sequential coding, through step by step commands. They will also create variables, inputting relativity in commands.

STEM ELEMENTS

The trainer used many fun games to show us how to programme the microbit. I enjoy playing scissors paper stone with my friends using ‘random’ and ‘loop’ functions.
